Things that Grow - Project 52-16

The roses are in full bloom at my office where I work.  Mr. Bob (my boss) has always had the most beautiful rose garden.  I love to look out my office windows and admire these beautiful flowers since roses have always been my favorite.

Sacrifice - Project 52-15

When I think of sacrifice, I think of my dear, hard-working husband.  For over 30 years, he has provided for our family without complaining and always putting our needs and wants before his own.  He is a very special and unique man and an amazing husband, dad, and poppa!  I love him to infinity and beyond!!

Foolin' Around - Project 52-14

Last week, we were surprised by someone or I should say something knocking on our door.

This was the second time these visitors stopped by.  A couple of days earlier, they were roaming around our yard.  They didn't properly introduce themselves, but we did find out this momma and her twins are our neighbors from down the road!

Details, Project 52-13

Well Poppa & I have been helping Danita & Josh with their new house for two weeks now, and this pace is a little difficult.  So I missed linking up to the Project 52, but I am still keeping up with my posts. 

The theme this week is details.  I think the little details are what make life so sweet & precious.  I absolutely loved it when my kids learned to read and wrote little stories and notes.  Everytime I come across something they made when they were little, it makes me smile.  Now I get to see this happening in my grandkids.  My two oldest grandsons are making progress with their writing.  I found these two little notes recently on the drawing boards and they made me smile!
